Lease start and end dates correspond with the school year.  They are typically 9-month leases, beginning the day before classes begin for the semester, and ending the day after graduation.  Single semester leases, where available, end the day after the last final exam for fall semester, or the day after graduation for spring semester.  See the college’s academic calendar for the specific dates.  Click HERE for SUCO Academic Calendar
