Lease start and end dates correspond with the school year. They are typically 9-month leases, beginning the day before classes begin for the semester, and ending the day after graduation. Single semester leases, where available, end the day after the last final exam for fall semester, or the day after graduation for spring semester. Semester rent payments are due on August 1st for fall semester and January 1st for spring semester. Semester rents shown are per person, per semester, and are based on full occupancy according to the number of bedrooms. Lease rates and options for additional occupants (sharing bedrooms) or under occupancy (i.e. 2 tenants in a 3-bedroom unit) can be discussed with our office. We are happy to work with you to find the best fit for your needs.
